Parker sat at his desk with his hands in his face, his eyes closed momentarily in light rest as he waited for his students to enter. On the board, neat words had already been written on the board, saying:

Being able to see both sides would be important for these kids, even if they lived in the magical world, some don't know what the majority or the several minorities of opinions about the non-magical world. There were good, bad, in between, radical or conservative ideals, and any sort of variations of believes that having the knowledge about would help them form their own opinions on the matter. Granted he would like everyone to just be accepting and liberal on most the matters, but it was unrealistic to expect it..

He sighed and rubbed his face, willing himself to completely wake up. All his years as a Healer who spent most his time in the ER, he'd think he'd never be more tired then at his training, but apparently it was possible,,,

He looked over to the door as students entered the room.

Olivia have not been to class for a while as she was sick but she recovered and couldn't wait to start going to her Muggle Studies class. She arrange her books and head towards her class. She got into class and smiled at the professor and took a seat.

Jamie was quite happy to go to her muggle studies lesson. The teacher was very friendly and different to the others, less formal and more casual and colloquial with the way he spoke to them. This didn't necessarily mean the students could walk all over him, but he certainly wasn't scary like Professor White, or Professor Malfoy. Even Professor Wilson had her scary days. Jamie hummed as she entered the room - a contrast to the last time they'd had lessons - and took a seat at the front.

She smiled warmly at Professor/Healer Emery and looked at the board. She frowned at this, but was interested to know what the others would have to say as she couldn't share her own views, for they weren't magical.

When Carey walked into the room his arms were crossed and he had a scowl set on his face. He was just in a really bad mood and didn't know why. This professor especially just set him off, in the little tiny ways.The way he smiled at them all and talk to them. Not to mention the fact he never really liked healers... He groaned and took his seat near the front.

He glared over at Jamie and looked back to the front, not bothering to try to look at the board cause he knew he'd not be able to read it clearly anyway. He looked at the Healer Emery, and from what he could see he seemed tired.

Halcyon felt beyond happy that day. He had no idea why. He had just woken up and known that he was happy. So he strolled through the halls with a huge smile on his face, noticing how some girls turned to look at him. He had to bite his lip not to smirk. No, he didn't know he was attractive, he honestly didn't, but what kind of guy wouldn't like it when girls had to look twice at him?

He walked into the classroom and saw two girls he had yet to get to know, and Carey. He frowned. Carey seemed to be in a foul mood, and Halcyon was not about to let him kill his day. So he walked over to a Hufflepuff and sat down next to her. "Hey there," he said kindly and then directed his attention to professor Emery.

Parker smiled back at the students as they made their ways in. He was eager to get the lesson started and actually hear from the students. Despite that this was muggle studies the class was actually split between muggleborns, pure bloods, and some halfbloods.

He stood up from his desk and walked over to the board. "So, students, as you can see, we'll be going over the opposite of what we did last lesson. So, What are some of the things wizards have heard about and believed about muggles?"

Parker looked around the room, "Or, what have you muggleborns heard others say about the nonmagical world?"

Olivia had heard plenty of things about muggles. Her mother loves to go to the muggle world and buy books. Her mother also loves this cafe called 'Starbucks'. She heard many stories from her mother. She remembered something her mother told her and decided to asked her professor. She raised her hand "professor, I've heard that some muggles go to tarot card readers to see their future."

Parker looked over to Miss Harrison and gave a small smile. "Actually, yes, some do. But more often then not, said tarot card readers are muggles posing as being seers or something of the like. Most muggles have no clue about the magical ability of being a seerer and have taken their so called powers from passed down, archaic, and misinformed sources." Parker hmm'd to himself and crossed his arms, looking like he was in thought.

"I think I actually remember going with my mother to see a tarot and palm reader before. She's muggle and I think I was in...fifth year at this time." He smiled. "What a load of barmy that was, I'll tell you. But even then, it's a form of entertainment, they're more a performer then anything for muggles. There are a lot of things like that in the muggle world, actually." He looked around the room again. "Anyone else have something to share about what they know or have heard of?"
