Alcyone huffed as she looked down at her sheets of parchment scattered across her desk. She dug through the pile, pushing them apart as her eyes blazed with annoyance until she finally located her History of Magic notes amongst the mess. She placed them on her bed, twirled her wand and watched as the parchment all sorted itself into neat piles. She smiled at this and mumbled, "Much better." to herself. She turned back to her bed and grabbed her History of Magic notes. She tucked them into her shoulder bag along with the textbook for the class. She then walked from the Professor's Quarters out into the corridors and to her classroom.

Once inside, she placed her bag down and retrieved both her notes and her book. Once these were organised on her desk, she turned to the blackboard and summoned the chalk from a desk at the back of the classroom to her out-stretched hand. She began to write on the board, and once she was done she placed the chalk down and took a seat at her desk. She flipped through her notes, and then settled back in her chair as she waited for the students to arrive.
