| It was a rarity that Dusk ventured into populated area's - ones filled with smiling children and happy families were possibly the rarest on the list. But today was different. For some reason, Dusk was in the mood to visit the popular location, but she made sure to be situated on the opposite bank to the children and the couples and all of that ridiculous, boring, trivial stuff. She rolled her eyes at how silly it was, had those people no concept of fun? A life without torture and murder was something that Dusk knew not of. Dusk often sat and contemplated what it would be like if she lead a normal life, fell in love like a normal person... was normal. As it was, she held no relations that she knew of to a normal life and therefore quickly dismissed such thoughts. They plagued her now as she stood with her feet in the water, staring across at them. A memory rose to mind, but it wasn't her own memory and she knew it immediately. She was in another woman's body, screaming as two babies were taken away from her by men dressed in white uniforms. Dusk shut her eyes and forced away the memories that brought her human emotions like pain and grief.
Who was this woman? Why did she care so much for the babies? Why were they being taken away? Dusk growled, for she hated not knowing the answer to things. She wanted to know everything and anything, it was a major weakness of hers. She shut her eyes and felt the wind rustle her hair, before opening her eyes once more and raising her wand. It was pointed at a little boy with blonde hair, and she wondered what to do with him to cause havoc today. |

| Willow loved everything about her life other than she did not feel whole, almost like a piece was missing. She had felt this way for the last few years, it had gotten to the point she was almost depressed. She was usually a very happy and outgoing person, but she felt like something was missing.
Willow woke up that morning and did her normal routine that she did everyday. But something was weird about today she woke up with the strangest feeling, like she was needed to be somewhere but she could not explain the pull she was feeling.
Willow got dressed and headed out to the Eaux Tranquilles, which happened to be a very beautiful place so she was glad she didn't need to go to a dump.
Willow wandered around for like an hour or so then she saw this little boy that was just a little too close to the water, walking up to the little boy she started to talk to him. She was looking around for his parents and she was not seeing anyone. She decided to sit down next to the boy and talk with him.
Willow looked up and was looking across the water to the other side from where she was seating. She could not help but stare across the water something that was over there had caught her eye. Since there was a lot of muggles around too she had to be careful with what she did. She used a slight spell to help heighten her site.
Willow could not help but freeze at what she saw, what she had seen was enough to make her freeze and stare at the person that was staring back. It was like she was looking into a mirror. There was no way for her to get over the water without drawing attention to herself so all she could do was stare and wonder who this person was that was looking back at her. |

| Dusk lowered her wand as her senses alerted her to muggle presences and sneered at a group of muggles who were happily laughing with one another. One day, she would expose their world to the muggles, and all of those blasted creatures would pay for making their lives secret, when they were far better than muggles. Her arms were crossed as she rocked back on her heels, then stopped herself from falling.
A familiar sense of vacancy filled Dusk once more, but stronger this time. Almost as if she was going to slide backwards under the force. She felt as if that part of her that was missing was near her, but that couldn't be... could it? She looked around curiously.
She felt a strong pull and her head snapped in that direction. She squinted her eyes at the figure of a woman across the water, wondering what was so goddamn special about her. Dusk muttered a spell much like her un-known twin had just doen and peered at the woman. She could feel the magic around the other woman, but that was not what shocked Dusk.
What shocked Dusk, what made her take a step back and let out a gasp of surprise, what allowed emotions to play across her normally indifferent, taunting or malicious features, was the fact that the woman was a mirror of herself and there wasn't a doubt in her mind that she knew her. There was a tug between them, and the part of her that was empty now felt full as she stared at her. Dusk turned on her heel and vanished behind a tree, apparating to the trees on the other side of the bank and then stepping out into the sunlight. She no longer needed the charm, for the woman was only a few metres away from her. |

| Willow was watching the woman across the water with interest, there was something about her she could not understand. There was a pull that she wanted to talk to this woman, find out about her.
Willow had always known that a piece of her was missing because there was always a feeling in her heart that it was gone. She had tried for a long time to find out about herself, but had not had any luck about her past.
Willow continued to watch her until she had gotten up and moved behind tree and disappeared. 'Dang it, now what was she going to do', Willow thought as she stood up. That was until she heard something from behind her and when she turned around and she found the woman standing behind her.
Willow was in shock for the moment and could do nothing but stare at the woman. Willow had closed the space between the woman and herself and could not believe how much the woman was just like her. She wondered if it was some magical forces were at play.
Willow wanted to say something to this person but was unsure what to say but she could not help it.
"Why does it feel like I should know who you are?"

| Dusk felt her lip curl as she felt a little girl collide with her. The sweet-hearted, innocent features of the girl were lost on Dusk as she gripped her hair and yanked her back towards her as she took off once more with a 'Sorry m'am!'. Dusk's hand twitched towards her wand but she restrained from pulling it out and torturing the little girl.
"How dare you touch me," she growled menacingly, but a voice in her head told her not to do that. She released the struggling girl from her grasp and frowned down at the little girl who now cowered at her side. "Get out of my sight," she erased the whole ordeal from the girls mind with a wave of her hand, and the little girls smile returned as she skipped off happily.
Dusk looked over at the other woman whose features were completely identical to her own, now that she was up so close. Hesitantly, Dusk stepped forwards but it seemed the other woman was already moving towards her. She stood stock still as she did. Dusk's head tilted slightly to the side as she felt that hole in her chest ebb away.
The world, for some reason, no longer seemed so mocking and cruel. She didn't like this feeling that the world was good around her. It was foreign, weird, different. Dusk didn't like change that much, unless she was the one causing it. She looked at the other woman and her eyes widened. Identical. Like a mirror.
"I was hoping you could tell me," Dusk responded. |

| Willow continued to look this woman over with interest, how were they ever going to piece together this problem if neither of them had the answers.
"I have no idea how I can answer anything." Willow sighed, but knew she would just tell the lady her history.
"My mother told me on her death bed that she had found me on her porch. They raised me as their own and I and never questioned them. I just have always felt like a piece of me has been missing."
Willow was a little nervous about what this woman was going to say, Willow had no information on her history and was hoping that her look a like had a similar story to her own. |

| Dusk was beginning to think up her own theories, and she knew that at least one thing was for sure - Willow was related to her. They were too similar to not be related, and at the very least she expected them to be cousins - if not sisters.
Dusk was beginning to find it frustrating that there were two people in her life who made her feel. She had always believed there would only ever be her adoptive father, but then Collin had showed up, and now this strange woman who made her feel whole? She shook her head.
"I was raised by my adoptive father, I do not know anything of my real parents. It seems that perhaps," Dusk looked contemplative. "We are bound by DNA," she looked conflicted as a frown crossed her features.
This was shocking to say the least, and Dusk wasn't sure how to handle the new woman. "What is your name?" She demanded. |

| Willow was taken back for a minute with the information that this woman was also adopted, this was an interesting development.
"Bound by DNA, look at us. Don't you find it odd that we are both adopted and that we are identical. I would say we are more than connected than you probably want to believe." Willow sighed, she got weird feelings coming from this woman.
Willow was surprised at how demanding this woman was and Willow might be a sweet girl sometimes but she doesn't like to be told what to do.
"Well normally with that tone I would say figure it out yourself, but I want to get to the bottom of this. My name is Willow, it was the one request that the person asked for that left me on the step." |

| Dusk looked past her for a moment and stared out across the water at where she had previously stood and stared at this woman. Who was she? Could they really be in fact, related?
Dusk looked between them and let out an aggravated sound. Her urge to destroy something at the knowledge that she was not in fact, alone in the world was slowly rising. How dare the world take her sister from her? "I believe that we are indeed sisters," she snapped irritably. Sister or not, Dusk was not a nice person to just anyone. Only Rafael had ever seen her nice side.
Dusk sneered at Willow as she responded the way she did, but she didn't want her to run off and leave Dusk confused so she kept her mouth shut and didn't retort. "Willow," Dusk nodded her head. "Old fashioned English name," she looked thoughtful now. "Perhaps our parents took a liking to old fashioned english names?" She mused to herself. |

| Willow could not believe how snappy this woman was. It was almost like she hated the world, heck she probably did, Willow just wished she would not take it out on her she was just as much as a victim as she was.
"I would have to agree with you that we are sisters, in fact to be technically we would be twins." Willow could not help but smirk as she thought to herself, 'Obviously I am the nicer one.'
"I have always liked my name, and I just never really thought about it, so since I have told you mine, are you going to enlighten me with yours?"

| Dusk felt no regret for being short with Willow, even though this was clearly her twin. She'd always been short with Rafael, but he'd encouraged it. Quite the contrary to any normal parent, but then he'd never been a normal parent - teaching his daughter to follow in the Darkest Wizard of all time's footsteps.
"It appears that we are twins, with our identical appearances, and judging by our similar histories I would presume so too. How old are you?" She asked, arms crossed over her chest as she tried to use a patient tone.
Dusk shrugged. She hated her given name, and was more than glad when Rafael changed it to 'Dusk'. He'd agreed that Elizabeth was boring. "I don't go by the name I was given, but rather Dusk." |

| Willow was raise to be sweet and like everyone but she was getting to the point with this girl she didn't care if she wanted answers or not she was tired of being talked down too. Willow deep down had an attitude too and it might just come out at this rate.
"Well I am 31 like you need to ask" Willow answered rather gruffly
"Dusk a very interesting name." Willow thought it made her sound like she was hiding from something actually. "Hiding for something or someone are you?"
Willow was feeling very confused at the moment, here was this girl that very obviously was her sister, not just any sister but her twin sister. They were suppose to be the same level as each other and yet Willow had the feeling that she was beneath Dusk, just look at her body language and listen to the tone in her voice.
"I have an idea, why don't I just leave you to your thoughts and when you decide that I am just as much of a victim as you are, you can look me up. For some reason I feel like this is my fault we were separated." |

| Dusk sneered at Willow and crossed her arms, letting out an aggravated sound. This woman was very, very close to wearing her temper thin and she didn't feel in the mood to attack her kin - she wanted to find out if she actually was her kin, first.
"Alright, so we're twins," she snapped in response.
Dusk's eyes narrowed in on Willow and she had to hold back from growling at her and whipping out one of her collection of knives and pressing them to her throat. "I don't hide from anyone,"
She rolled her eyes at Willow and looked out across the water again, watching the trees sway slightly. What to do, what to do, she wondered to herself. Here she was, standing with her supposed twin sister, and she hadn't a clue how she was meant to feel. Was she meant to care? Dusk didn't know.
"I doubt it's your fault, Willow. We were most likely babies at the time." She raised an eyebrow at Willow. |

| Willow wondered what happened to this woman that made her so hateful to everyone. Willow didn't even know the woman in front of her and this woman didn't know her but yet she she treated like she had done something to piss this woman off.
"Has your life been that bad you have to snap at people you don't even know?". Willow was going to keep her peace anymore.
"We can assume that we are twin sisters and I cannot imagine by the way you are treating me that your ok with this."
Willow was confused by here answer, even though it kinder than she had been. "I know its not my fault, but the way you are treating me I feel like it." |

| Dusk could feel her anger slowly building with every passing second. She was so sick of caring about people, and now she could feel herself caring for her twin. All because they were related. Because though Dusk was ever so evil towards everyone, she did have a heart. And she was capable of loving, but someone would need the patience to gain her love.
Her hand twitched instinctively towards her dagger and she let out an annoyed sound. She decided not to dignify the question with an answer.
"How would you know? I treat everyone like this." She retorted, still not regretting her rudeness. In fact, she was being so rude because of the fact that she was scared of caring about her twin.
Dusk hesitated now from jumping straight into snappy insults. "Fine, sorry," she said hesitantly. |

| Willow could just feel her sister fighting with inner demons, she could not explain how she was having these feeling she just was. Willow's problem was sometimes she cared too much about people, she of course put her foot down when they treated her badly but she still tried to care.
"I actually don't know, but the vibe you put off would make most people runaway, but I refuse I am not like that." Willow always had a habit of trying to fix everyone and sometimes she hated it.
Willow was a little shocked that she apologized, "Those words didn't hurt too bad did they?" Willow was trying to lighten the mood a little, trying to get of the edge before they both blew up at each other. |

| The situation that the evil mistress had been thrown into was one that she was not un-comfortable with. Caring was not something she had done since the passing of Rafael, her adoptive father. But now, all of a sudden, two people had stirred feelings inside of her heart that she was finding hard to ignore.
"The vibe I put off is because i'm not a NICE person, Willow," she growled, before reminding herself this was her blood and flesh. She ought to treat her better. "You are lucky we are of the same blood, or I certainly would not remain in this conversation." She said haughtily.
Honestly, why ddi people expect her to be so nice? Just because she cared a little about them doesn't mean she'll suddenly turn into a lovely person. "Haha, you're very funny." She said, though there was no bite to her tone. Strange. |

| Willow continued to look at this woman with interest, she could tell she was fighting with herself over something that was bothering her. Well this whole thing was bothering Willow, how could someone keep sisters apart from each other and it was very apparent that they are two very different people.
"Well for the most part I am not a MEAN person. So I guess we have a lot to work on." Willow tried to say with a smile.
"I was trying to lighten the mood a little." Willow said as she shrugged her shoulders.
"You know I am not even going to think about asking you to change, I have dealt with people like you before." Willow took a breathe "But just remember you snip I snip back."
Willow was wondering what they were suppose to do with this new information, go back to their lives as they were are would this person be willing to attempt to be.
"What kind of name is Dusk anyway, that wasn't what you were born with was it?" |

| Dusk frowned at Willow. How had this woman managed to so easily get on her nerves? God, she certainly understand why people didn't like siblings. But she was blood, which meant Dusk had a duty to protect her. She squared her shoulders and forced her expression into one of calm.
"I'm not working on anything, so if you want to try an be meaner go ahead." She said in a flat tone. It would be hard to force kindness into her tone, sos he hoped Willow would appreciate her efforts.
"I noticed." Dusk smiled half-heartedly. She didn't smile. She smirked. Two completely different things in her mind.
"I shall take that into consideration but I really don't think it'll stop me from snapping at you, regardless of the fact that you will snap back." She said, shrugging her shoulders the way Willow had.
Dusk shook her head and sighed. Would she really have to share her name with this woman? Such a shame, she didn't particularly like her name. "Elizabeth Heath is my name. I prefer Dusk." She reluctantly admitted. |

| Willow could do nothing but sigh, was finding a twin really worth the effort it was going to take to have any sort of relationship with Dusk. They were completely different and she wondered if they could ever find a common ground.
"Well I prefer not to be mean unless I have too, that's how I was raised." Willow stated plainly.
Willow sighed when she said it wouldn't stop her from snapping, "Well I guess we will just have the perfect sister relationship then, always fighting with each other."
Willow was happy to have found the piece of her soul that was missing, but she still had a feeling that they soul would never be repaired they were too different.
When Dusk told Willow her real name Willow had to smile, it really was a pretty name, but Willow imagined that she would have called her Liz or Liza.
"Well whatever keeps you happy I suppose." Willow sighed.
Willow was usually always a happy go lucky person and now meeting her twin sister and almost depressed her. This was not at all what she expected to discover about here life.
"So where do you want to go from here? Do you want to forget all about me or what?"
Willow was at a point in her life she didn't care any more. Nothing ever goes the way she wanted it too. Willow just sighed and sat on the ground looking at the lake, she would never push herself on her sister, if Dusk wanted a sister then she would be there, if not then oh well she thought.
