Valkyrie was a bit sick of standing behind the bar of Hog's Head. Sure, it was a brilliant ad honey bar, but she really missed talking to loads of people from different parts of the world. Fans were great and all, but they were always too excited and stuff. It got too much. Here, she tied her hair up and wore what people would call normal clothes and Val call boring clothes. But it didn't matter. No one was there now.

She poured herself a glass of water, even though the water tastd a bit like mud here. Her thoughts drifted to Cae as they always did these days. It was almost annoying. But she couldn't get that face out of her mind. He had looked directly murderous. And he had punched his two best friends. What was up with that?! She didn't get him. She sighed and took a long and muddy tasting mouthful of the water.
