Corey was well-known in the wizarding world for being a brilliant quidditch player, but not only that, an amazing trainer. Corey had taken up training a few years back when she was elected co-captain of the Holyhead Harpies. Though her temper often flared at people she was training, they always came out wonderful in the end. She sometimes even taught little kids, but that wasn't for big money. Just for fun. Corey loved to train people, show off her own skills in a way, and watch others develop. Quidditch was her passion.

But she was so lost in the world. Despite her riches, and her fame, and everything, she was lost. Corey wasn't exactly sure how she was lost, but sometimes when left to her thoughts, she felt as if she was missing something, and she needed it to find where she was in the world. Little did Corey know, she would meet her missing piece that very day.

Corey crossed her arms as she stood in the Quidditch Pitch, glaring at her agent. "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" She screeched. "You tell me I need to train someone now, someone who can't fly anymore? Don't think i'm an idiot! I know all about Greg Lynch, he can't fly anymore! You expect me to teach him how to fly?" She sounded completely exasperated. After a heated conversation, Corey sighed and succumbed. "Fine! But don't expect anything good to come out of this!" She snapped, picking her broom up off the ground and holding it beside her as she waited for Greg to arrive.

Greg sighed as he picked up his broom. He really hated that he couldn't fly. But why couldn't he. There had to be a reason. Of all the things he could forget, it had to be this, the thing he loved more than everything else. He shook his head, and hoped that whatever it was there was a reason.

He appereated to the pitch a smile plastered on his face, despite his low mood. He looked over at who was teaching him and it seemed he found his reason. He had always wanted to have a bit of one on one time with his old friend and long time crush.

He winced when he heard her yell, but kept that well known smile on his face. Some thought it was for the fans but really he learned that even through anything a smile could do wonders.

He walked up to her with his broom over his shoulder. "Hello, you have a loud voice you know. You'd make a good coach." He stated looking at her and hoping she would be able to train him, not that he would mind if she couldn't.

Corey was more than a little aggravated as her mind raced. She could remember Greg from Hogwarts of course, they'd been friends. Not great friends, as she'd always been too busy with Donnie and Cae to pay attention to many other people. Oh, and Nathan.

She just wanted to get this over with, as she would have to train Greg from scratch. Over the years, her and Greg had drifted a part to the point where she only knew about his quidditch problem through the papers. She hadn't really cared that much to be honest, just felt sympathy for her old friend, but she'd quickly gone back to living her life without giving him a second thought.

Now that he was here though, her heart skipped a beat and she wasn't sure why. Probably because, no one could deny it, Greg was a complete and utter heart-throb with his devilish good looks. She felt her anger slide away from her as she looked at him, and a small smile formed on her lips though it faded rather quickly as she put on her game face.

"Mhhm," she responded, trying not to snap at him. She knew she had a loud voice, but she didn't like to be reminded about it. "Alright, so what exactly can you do revolving around Quidditch, Greg? Anything at all?" She wanted to know if he could at least fly, or if she'd have to teach him that too.

Greg smile at her and tried to shove the thought of how she had only gotten more beautiful since their hogwarts days out of his mind. It wasn't good to dwell on those days. He had to focus on the present. After all there was a reason for everything. It seem the universe wanted him to get back in touch with Corey. He wasn't going to complain.

"Well I can still dodge anything, and I still have a great arm, but..... I can't fly." He said still grinning slightly. He really needed to lose this trait before she smacked the grin off his face.

"Thanks for doing this, by the way." He said knowing he would be thanking her a lot,

Corey was momentarily rendered speechless, something that had never happened before in her life, due to his smile. It was so beautiful, and it made her want to smile back and hug him tightly, because he looked so darn cute as well. She felt the slightest heat on her neck as a blush climbed up it, but she cleared her throat and the moment was gone.

"You can't fly? Hmm, that's going to be difficult but i'll try my best," she shrugged and pointed at his broom. "Alright, first things first, let's just see if we can get you in the air." She mounted her own broom and gripped tightly, explaining how to hold the broom again. "You got it?" She asked.

His thanks made the smallest of smiles flash across her features. Within the blink of an eye, it was gone. "That's alright," she responded.

Greg nodded, and he corrected his grip. It felt much better. "I got it thanks." He said flashing her yet another smile. He really hoped he didn't fall again that would be bad. If front of her too. He would probably die of shame. She had to be so perfect. Though she wasn't really perfect in his eyes she was. He was in love.

"Did you just smile?" He asked in mock disbelief. He looked up at the sky and back at her. "Well the sun didn't explode did it?" He asked teasing her.

Corey nodded her head once at him and kept her expression impassive as she lifted a few feet into the air and hovered. "Just grip tightly with your legs now, and I want you to hover up here with me. Let's see if we can at least get you in the air," she said with patience in her tone. She was in her calm place in her mind. Where others would have a happy place, she had a calm place. Easily angered was one way to describe her fiery temper.

Corey dropped down to the ground and motioned for him to go up in the air like she just had. Her fingers froze in their movement and her eyes narrowed dangerously, like she'd just spied her prey. She swung off her broom and raised her eyebrows at him. "Do you want my help or not?" She snapped, a venomous glare directed at him.

Greg did as he was told, hoping he didn't fall again. It was bad enough without falling in front of her. He shook his head losing his focus and messing up his grip. He kicked off and was slightly surprised when she snapped at him that he fell off yet again.

"Ouch." He muttered under his breath as he got up with a grin still plastered on his face. "Sorry," he said still smiling despite her anger. "It was a joke." He said lightly. "I want your help." He said.

Corey felt a bud of hope build within her for Greg's sake, and perhaps he could be able to fly again - except she had to explode at him over something little and he fell off. Immediately, like water, her emotion shifted and she was by his side. She heard him mutter something, though what it was she failed to catch and she felt her anger flare, but she managed to squash it down and replaced it with concern.

Why did she care? She never cared if someone fell off their broom. In fact, she normally told them to get off their arse and try again. She looked him up and down carefully as he stood and ignored him as he defended himself. She knew it was a joke, but she wasn't very good at taking jokes.

"Are you alright? You hurt anywhere?" She asked, arms crossed as she tried to hide the concern that clearly showed through in her eyes.

Greg looked up at her confusion clear on his face, though he still had his ever present smile. He picked himself from off the ground and looked in her eyes. He thought he saw something there, was in concern. No but that wasn't like her not at all. She was a tough girl.

"I'm fine, let's try again." He said mounting his broom again and trying to get the right grip. He looked at her and wished the feeling in his chest would go away. He couldn't get distracted by being in love now. He wasn't in love with her he shouldn't be. Not yet. That was a long time ago. She had picked Donnie. He was suppose to get over her. Well that failed. He had to think as he looked at her.

Corey wasn't sure how she felt about that goddamn smile. He was always smiling, she could remember that from their Hogwarts days, and even now all he did was smile. She would find it annoying with anyone else, but with him it was kind of cute. Still annoying, too though. She tapped her foot impatiently against the ground as he picked himself up off of it.

"Alright, good," she said shortly, watching as he mounted his broom again and attempted to get the right grip. Before she let him take off once more, she moved forwards and inspected him with her icy gaze. She examined his position, his grip on his broom was good with his legs, but his hands were in the wrong place. She wondered why she hadn't seen that before. That would definitely aid him in slipping off. "You're doing it wrong," she informed him, moving forwards and placing her hands over his. She felt a spark of electricity and almost flinched away, her eyes darting to his for a moment before she swapped them around and moved them towards the broom, one higher up by at least two-hand lengths. "Like that. See?" She stepped back.

Greg knew some people were irritated by his smile, he didn't care. He just was always smiling, most of the time he was happy, when he wasn't he faked it. He looked up at her and tried to keep a straight face, but just the sight of her was enough to make him crack a grin. He had always thought she was pretty, ok downright gorgeous.

When she said he had his grip messed up he looked at his hands. He was about to move them, when she touched his hand. He sucked in a breath feeling a spark of electricity go through him. As she moved his hands his eyes were on her face. He wanted nothing more than to grab her and kiss her.

"Corey?" He asked slowly not moving his grip. He wanted to know if she felt it too. For once there was not a smile on his face, there was instead an expression of awe.

Corey looked out across the field and squinted up at the sky, using her hand to shield her gaze from the sun. It was a nice day, and she wondered if she'd have time to go for a fly after she'd trained Greg. Her goal was to at least get him hovering in the air by the end of the day, after all if he went to high and fell she'd be in a helluva lot of trouble. And she didn't like the thought of him being hurt anyway.

She bit down on her lower lip and kept her hands on his though, unable to pull away. She kept her gaze down as she felt her cheeks only tint the very lightest of pink - it was almost un-noticeable. She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear and tried hard to keep the blush down.

His voice was slow and soft even, and she looked up at him with hesitance. "Yes?" She breathed, staring at him intensely before her eyes dropped down once more.

Greg swallowed the lump in his throat. He leaned in closer to her and kept his eyes on her though she dropped her gaze. He was a bit nervous considering he might get slapped.

He kept his face serious. It was a huge change. "Corey, can I kiss you?" He asked moving slowly closer, still keeping his grip. He saw the slightest blush on her cheeks and almost cracked a grin but managed to resist as he really didn't want to be hit.

Corey was in shock at the words that had just left Greg's lips. No, the question. Kiss her? Corey Watts? Why would he want to kiss her? Corey didn't think she anything special, other than quidditch she was useless at anything. She was of average intelligence, average appearance, just amazing at sports. She loves sports, sports was her life, her entire world.

She blinked in surprise at her eyes flashed back up to him, expecting to see some teasing grin on his face because he knew she was effected by her skin against his. Damn him, she thought to herself. But, he wasn't grinning. He wasn't even smiling. He was staring at her in all seriousness, and without her even considering it she nodded her head.

He waited with baited breath for her to respond. When he saw the nod he leaned forward taking his hands off the broom and grabbing her face tenderly. He softly pressed his lips to hers.

He didn't leave kiss her for long though he wanted to. He pulled back and smiled at her. Not a cocky grin, just a sweet smile. He finally got to kiss her. He had liked her since their school days. He had to admit it was everything he could ever want it to be. Perfect, like her.

Her cheeks slowly tinged to a pink-rose, light enough that it wasn't so obvious but dark enough that you could see it better than before. She hated blushing, it was out of character for her, but his hands cupping her face sent shivers of warmth up and down her spine. She stared at him with a shy look in her eye, and for once in her life she wasn't trying to be the dominant figure.

His lips were soft and warm against her own, and she felt herself melting. Her hands curled into fists and she didn't want him to pull away. Her eyes slid shut as she enjoyed the intense pleasure that had taken over her body. She opened her eyes once more and stared at him in shock and awe. "Um," she gasped.

Greg smiled at her reply. He couldn't help himself. "You look cute when you blush." He muttered. Smiling at her. Damn she was so pretty.

"Now I'm going to kiss you again." He said not wanting to surprise her as she was already speechless. He leaned forward once again closing the distance between their lips.

As he pulled away again he had a slight sigh. "your beautiful you know that right?" He said looking at her slightly pink cheeks.

Corey's stunned look morphed into a glare as he called her cute. She immediately went to defend himself, before she realised it was intended as a compliment. Slowly, she let her expression turn into surprise once more. "Oh - um, thanks?" She responded un-certainly.

Corey nodded her head, though her confidence was slowly returning to her and she kissed him back with more passion this time, moving her hands to his arms and gripping tightly.

She slid her hands up his arms and tangled them lightly in his hair, a playful grin on her face. "You're not too bad yourself. Now, put your hands in the goddamn right position this time and let's see if you can actually get off the ground." She stepped back.

Greg smiled as she became the woman he knew much better. Always in control and dying bossy. Putting his hands right he kicked off. He hovered before coming back down feeling himself slip.

"Well I can get off the ground. I just always feel like I'm falling." He said once his feet were back on the semi hard earth of the pitch. "Maybe we should call it a day. I'm sure you have to do something, and I want to dwell on the best kiss of my life." He said with a huge grin.

Corey's grin turned into a small smile, because she couldn't help but feel incredibly happy over the fact that Greg had just kissed her. He's always been very attractive to her, though she hadn't thought much of it. He'd just been a friend to her, too busy with Cae and Donnie most of the time to notice Greg that much.

He was fun when she wanted to go flying especially. She tilted her head at him, that was a weird feeling. "Well, try to ignore that feeling." She suggested.

Corey nodded her head, they had been at it for a while. She felt her cheeks tinge a very light pink as he mentioned the kiss, and she shook her head at him. "You go do that. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" She picked up her broomstick and casually tossed it over her shoulder.
