Athena looked around the pitch as she carried on the brooms having been used lately. It seemed as though Flying wouldn't be a popular lesson this year, but it really didn't matter to Athena. It was better with no students than students who didn't care what they did. She smiled to herself, knowing that Danielle seemed to really like this lesson.

She was a bit annoyed at the no show last time, but she was sure the student had a perfectly good reason. She sat down on the warm grass heated by the warm sun while waiting.

Danielle walked to the pitch with a big smile on her face, really loving this class. This was a fun class that she loved a lot, and in difference to the others, which were a necessity, this was a class chosen by her for her. She felt extremely light as she wandered on the grass to the middle where she could see the silhouette of her teacher, sitting on the ground.

She reached her and sat down too, feeling really comfortable around educator Gaunt. She had showed Dani respect, even though it was supposed to be the other way around, which proved that educator Gaunt was a good person, not just teacher. Do not look at the way a superior treats its equal, but its inferior.

"Good morning educator Gaunt," she said with a smile.

Lux walked to the pitch and enjoyed looking at the green grass. She loves the smell of fresh air and saw her teacher and a student sitting on the ground. She joined them and said "Good morning educator Gaunt" she gave her a smile "and good morning" she said to the girl next to her and smiled a friendly smile.

Athena sighed. "Today, I'm just going to learn you both the basics. First of all, Quidditch is the biggest sport in magical history. Now, every team has seven players. There are four different positions in Quidditch. They are Keeper, Chaser, Beater and Seeker. The most important player is the Seeker, or rather, the Seeker has the most important job. With only the Seeker, it wouldn't have had the chance to win the game.

"Now, the Keeper's job is to guard those three hoops to make sure the biggest ball, the Quaffle, is not shot through the hoops by the Chasers. The Chasers, who take up three positions on the team, are responsible of scoring goals through the hoops with the Quaffle. The Beaters, who takes two spots on the team, has one bat each and it is used to keep its teammates safe from the two bludgers. Those are the middle biggest balls. They live a life on their own, and try to knock down other opponents. The Beaters are also allowed to direct a bludger to an opponent to knock them off their broom.

"Lastly, it is the Seeker. That is only one player, like the Keeper is only one. The Seeker's job is to catch the Golden Snitch. That is the smallest ball in play and is also the fastest. You have an advantage with your position if you have sharp eyes. If one catches the Snitch, the game is finished, and you and your team get 150 points. This does not always mean that you win the game, though it is highly likely that you do," Athena explained to them.

She also told them some about the rules, like how a Beater is not allowed to send a bludger at the keeper if the Quaffle is on the other side of the field and how that leads to a penalty. She then looked at her watch.

"Ah, it seems I've kept you here a bit longer than I was supposed to. Well, five points to each of you. Now, class is dismissed," she said kindly.
