More Information

Born in America, she was raised in an liberal household. Her parents had been taken out of the family tree, ever since Sirius Black, her great grandfather, decided to leave the family. His illegitimate son, her grandfather was raised in America by Sirius' former lover to avoid being persecuted. Everyone believed that he was guilty for his crimes, but when Harry Potter defended him, some honor returned to their branch of the family.

Still the family remained in America and they raised her as proper as possible, with socializing with Muggles, to reading about anything and everything. At the age of six they moved to London, where her older brother at eleven began to attend Hogwarts. Being four years younger, she would be expected to get her letter from Hogwarts later. Once she did, and they shipped her off towards Hogwarts so she could learn to be a proper witch. Sorted into Slytherin, she dealt with a lot of issues, such as having to learn the different culture, to dealing with bad sentiments towards her being "English-American". Her brother was no help, and instead began avoiding her like the plague, because he found more interesting things than her. What kept her sane in Hogwarts was her friend Victoria. Despite the fact that she was in Gryffindor, she was very kind to her and made her open up and be more adventurous. Tess stopped concentrating to much on book work, and found herself going on adventures like she used to.

She graduated with honors and with her W.O.M.B.A.T. scores and O.W.L.s she was offered a job either as an Auror or a Healer. She feared having to be aggressive, so she decided to pursue the career as Healer. Her parents were disappointed because of her meek job, considering that her older brother chose to be an Auror and was a successful one at that.

Moving out and finally being on her own,she immediately felt at home, and began to make it out on her own. Three years after her graduation from Hogwarts, she is financially independent though nervous towards what the future holds. Now that the tensions between the countries are arising, she finds herself wondering if it is truly worth losing lives, but keeps mum not wanting to be called a traitor.
