Anne smiled as she sat in her classroom. She was in a much better space than she was last class. She sighed as she sat down on one of the mats she had placed on the floor. She was doing meditation today. It was important to keep calm and stay that way. It was the best way to practice. It was also a helpful skill in life. She took a deep breath as she waited for her class.

Halcyon walked into the class and saw the teacher on the floor, meditating. He saw the mats, and assumed he was supposed to join her on them, and put his bag down, sitting down on the mat, crossing his legs. He wondered how this lesson would be. Truthfully, he wasn't very sure this would be one of his good lessons, but he wanted to be a part of it nonetheless. Divination in itself was pretty cool, as long as the professor was good at it.

Anne smiled when a student came in. She was rather glad that someone else had joined her class. She hoped the girls wouldn't be too taken by him. She wanted them to focus.

"Hello Halcyon, Welcome to Divination. I'm glad you joined." She said with her eyes still closed. "I'll catch you up on what you missed." She informed him her eyes still closed and her aura still relaxed. "We talked about what divination is and different types. Also I would prefer if you called me Anne, seeing as there is two Professor Greene's." She said calmly.

Carey cursed the stairs and to himself all the way up to the class. He gripped his side, gritting his teeth, thinking that he better get used to this soon, or he'd just drop the class. It was bogus anyways, but his mother dearly insisted for him to just try it. Why not? I mean, it was at least more to think about then astronomy. Even if he was bribed, he'd not take that class. He couldn't care any less about the bloody stars. And the stairs made it even less desirable.

He got up to the landing, staying out in front of the room for a while. He was not going to walk into class like an idiot, trying to catch his breath. After he did, he opened the door, walking in, but stopped. He rolled his eyes. Of course, Halcyon had to be in pretty much every class of his. Carey just wanted space, like he said earlier, and he couldn't try to rethink anything about him when he just kept getting annoyed every time he saw him. It was so stupid.

Jamie climbed the stairs with impatience and groaned in frustration. For goodness sake, whoever thought it was a good idea to have these many stairs? She huffed and kicked at one of the stairs, which only caused her foot to ache and she let out a shriek of anger. "Stupid, bloody, stairs." She snapped as she climbed them. She looked up ahead and saw Carey clutching at his side, and she made a move to call out to him but decided against it. Let him suffer for all she cared!

Just as Jamie reached the top of the stairs, Carey was disappearing through the door and she followed after him as quietly as she could, not wanting to talk to the stupid Slytherin. She frowned as she walked over to one of the tables and took her seat, making sure it was well away from the other two in the class. She fidgeted and waited for the lesson to start already.

Anne smiled as Carey and Jamie slipped in. She decided not to wait for October and just get started.

"Well Hello, Carey and Jamie. I know you don't really get along but since we are such a small class we will have to work with each other." She said knowing that most of the students didn't get along with Carey. She sighed and felt a bit sorry for him.

"Jamie why don't you join us on the mats and we'll get Started. Today, we'll be mediating. Then if we master that quickly, we'll move to palm reading." She said. She thought and wondered if she would have the next class outside. She really didn't like all the stairs.

"Start off by closing your eyes and even your breathing. In through you nose out through your mouth." She said doing as she instructed. "Empty your mind and bra don you mind. Relax." She said

"Thanks professor, I appreciate that," Halcyon said with a smile, glad that the woman seemed to know who he was without even opening her eyes. A good start.

Halcyon looked sideways as some students walked into the room. Carey... Seriously, now he was starting to have something against Carey, always seeing his sour and annoyed face when he looked at Halcyon. He wanted to groan loudly, but decided against it, as he was in a lesson. Then a Hufflepuff walked in and it was deathly obvious that the two of them pretty much hated each other. What was the deal with that?

He then listened to the teacher, closing his eyes, breathing in through his nose, and out through his mouth. He tried to push out his emotions and thoughts, but it was bloody hard as he was physically surrounded by them. He grew more and more annoyed with Carey for absolutely disliking him for a reason he didn't even seemed to know. He pretty much wanted to scream out loud to be rid the feelings, but decided against that as well; he was still in a classroom. With a teacher. Who could take away points.

Finally, after what seemed like hours, he managed to relax and his thoughts drifted away. And, bloody hell, did that feel good!

Carey rolled his eyes at the professor's comment as he took his seat on the stupid mat on the floor. Yeah right, like he'd work well with her. She was crazy- and thought he was the crazy one! She'd not likely work with him either, so that was not even an option.

He set his bag beside him, his legs stretched out before him, his hands leaned back a bit to keep him propped up. He looked at her skeptically. Meditating? What a joke. Mastering it quickly. Yeah, whatever she says....

He sighed and just closed his eyes, thinking how this was boring and she probably didn't know anything.

Sophie really didn't know why she took this class. There were so many stairs. She cursed them all as she tried to get to her class on time. She finally reached the top of them and tried to catch her breath. "Stupid....Bloody...Stairs." She cursed as she walked into the classroom. She sighed quietly seeing that she was late. She saw that they were, mediating?

She saw that they all had their eyes closed and she sat down on a mat and tried to even her breathing and empty her mind. It took a while but when she did, it felt great!

Anne noted that Carey wasn't trying and shook her head. She hoped Sophie would get here soon. Maybe she could help him relax a bit. She smiled as she came in and got right into the swing of things. She decided not to punish her this time. She did after all come to class and she did do what the class was doing despite the fact she was late.

"Well Done Halcyon and Sophie. Please, Carey try. It will help." She said addressing her students. She was very calm and knew it was a good thing when she was pregnant. She smiled slightly and moved her hands from her sides to her stomach.
