Tess was happy to be working in St. Mungo's and being given another patient. She found herself often times being given children or pregnant mothers, and while she knew that many found them in the lower area of being a Healer, she didn't care. First of all she loved children, and pregnancy, she had to admit made her all excited at being there looking at their expressions as they realized their gender or the number of children.

Now she had a patient waiting, and she was overlooking her files trying to memorize them and not making them be just another patient number of the day.

Tessa walked in St. Mungo's. She was going to have her first check up. Tessa hoped that this time she was having twins. She was so excited to give Lily another siblings. This pregnancy was so different because she wasn't stressing out. She had already remarried Capper. And Lily was helping her out as much as possible. She was rubbing her belly trying to think good thoughts.

She then smiled as she walked into the room.

Seeing her next patient a smile graced Tess' face. So this was Tessa Renveno, she seemed like every expecting mother she'd seen: Excitement and nervousness.
"Welcome Mrs. Renveno, come this way the examination room if you please?" she asked.

She knew that this was her second pregnancy from her chart and as she lead her in, she began her examination.

"How has your pregnancy been so far? Any recent symptoms such as morning sickness or flus of some sort?"

Tessa smiled as she walked into the examination room. She was still a little bit nervous about this since it was her first check up and many things could still go wrong.

She hoped that this one would go smooth just like when she was pregnant with Lily. But she knew that it would be a little bit different.

“ I have had morning sickness. I know right before my wedding to my husband, they found me having it.”

She nodded and noted that no one had treated her yet, so this was her first examination, fascinating.

"Morning sickness is normal, as well as hormonal imbalance so there's nothing to worrry about there. Now I can tell you are around...18-22 weeks. Your belly is a bit more swollen than usual, could be your child is larger, or that you could possibly carry twins" she said noting it. "Can you please lift your shirt so I can examine your stomach Mrs. Renveno?"

She realized that she had missed one important part of her questionnaire.

"Now before I do this, do you have any questions?"

Tessa nodded her head as she was listening to her. When she heard the thought that she was carrying twins it made her happy. She wished Capper was here with her. But she knew that she would be fine by herself. She then lifted up her shirt for her.

“ No I don't have any questions.”

Tess nodded and smiled.

"Good, now let's see at that baby or babies" she said softly.

She used a warming charm on and slipped on her gloves. She then released the magic through her hands and began to show her ultrasound.

"Now...the baby seems to be in one position, the frown is normal no need to worry, hm...your baby seems a bit small for it's development. I wonder...ah this is why"

She moved her hand and there was the reason why the one child was so small.

"There's the reason. Your twins seem to be fraternal, two eggs fertilized. Now...let's check...oh!"

She bit her bottom lip.

"Well he seems to be a little bigger than his sister. Well lucky you...you seem to have a pair!"

Tessa smiled a little bit. She was going to get to see her baby for the first time. This would be different then when she had Lily because she was in the muggle world.

She laid there and listening to what she was saying. She then heard that it was small for it development and was worried. But when she heard twins it looked like Tessa was going to cry.

It seemed like she was going to have a little boy and girl. “ I am having twins?”

Tess nodded with a small smile.

"Yes, of course. Fraternal twins" she explained. "That explains why your babies are smaller than usual. Would you like some magical moving photographs of them to show your husband?" she asked.

Mrs. Renveno's expression was so sweet, it touched Tess at how sentimental people could be at the thought of bringing new life to the world.

Tessa was excited. “ Fraternal twins! She couldn't wait to tell Capper about this. “ Yes I would love that. I know he would love it since he couldn't be here cause he is spending time with Lily.”

She was overjoyed that she was having another little girl. And now a little boy.

Tess grinned, thinking that her enthusiasm was infectious.

"I bet your husband will enjoy it greatly I bet" she said nodding. "I know that this is your second pregnancy, but I was wondering if you had any worries?"

Tessa was so happy and excited. She knew that Capper would be too.

“ Yes I am just worried that I will have the same problem that I had with Lily. I almost miscarried her.” She looked worried and didn't want to lose her twins.

Tess frowned at her comment and took off her gloves. She threw them in the trash, she picked up her quill and wrote this down immediately.

"I know this might be hard to answer, but how did you almost miscarriage your first daughter. Was it stress, emotional situation or.." she trailed off curiously.

Tessa sat up and knew that she was going to have to answer this. But she didn't want to sound like she was blaming Damien.

“ Well Damien Greene left me while I was pregnant with Lily. I moved to New York. I am not really sure what started to caused it. But I know I wasn't allowed to move. And my neighbor made sure that I was following my doctor's orders.”

Tess was at first confused as to who the Damien person was. Checking the files she realized that he was the father of Lily, Tessa's first daughter. Closing her folder she nodded.

"Perhaps the move could be the reason of the stress that affects pregnancy. How far were you along?"

She knew that often times being forced to be a single mother affected one greatly. Greene; that surname seemed familiar...

"While I'm not a psychologist, I know that moving is stressful and a burden on the pregnant body. Alongside the time differences and the weather other factors could affect your pregnancy. As long as you remain calm, nothing should happen"

She knew that moving was hard after all she was English-American and she had to deal with the move herself.

Tessa looked and sighed. “ I wasn't that far along when I moved. After Damien left me, that is when I found out and moved away.”

She then listend to everything that could cause a miscarriage. “ Oh so just remain calm.” She knew that she had to do her best for her little boy and girl.

She nodded and walked towards her cabinet reaching for the vitamins.

"Well you can take some vitamins, some prenatal vitamins" she said softly. "Here you go"

She smiled knowing that certain things would be good.

"Avoid other things, such as fish, no mercury in your system, obviously no alcohol or staying up late. You need to sleep eight hours or more, don't carry anything heavy as well"

She wrote it down on her folder trying to be as professional as possible.

" If you follow the letter like law we can prevent your fear of miscarriage alright?" she said smiling.

Tessa watched as she as she was being told what she need to do.

She knew that she needed to take vitamins so they would be healthy. Tessa took them.

“ Ok so no fish, no alcohol, be in bed early and no picking up Lily.” She then smiled. “ I think that I can follow this.”

" And if I follow this I won't have a miscarriage."

Tess nodded with a half-smile. It was funny, but a simple regiment of taking vitamins and resting made a big difference.

"Yes, I don't see why it won't" she replied. "Do you have anything that worries you? Anything else?"

Tessa smiled as she knew everything that she needed to do.

" Nope I shouldn't have a problem."

She nodded and gave her the copies of the ultrasound.

"Now you will schedule an appointment next month and know that because you have twins, you will follow this more than ever. Twins take a lot of magical energy."

She smiled and waved goodbye beginning to clean up the station.
