More Information
Born in Rio, Clara was the only daughter of English Muggle Mark and Brazilian Witch Alexandra. They lived in Brazil for five years before moving to London, England, where they stayed until she was to attend Hogwarts. On her second summer as a student, they moved to the seaside town of Blackpool, famous for the candy “Blackpool Rock,” which Clara enjoys to this day.
Clara was born with a rare condition of the nervous system. She cannot feel anything because her nerves are dead-ended, basically. She has lived her whole life like this; although it means she is not affected by physical pain, heat or cold, it also means that she does not know when she is horrendously injured. She could be about to freeze to death and it would not register with her.
Clara is a talented witch at Charms and immensely enjoys the science of Herbology. She received NEWTs in both subjects while at school, topping both classes. She was in Ravenclaw and is quite proud to be Head of her old house now.
