Roxie was brought up an only child, born the granddaughter of the Quidditch Legend Viktor Krum. She grew up in Western Romania until she was invited to attend Durmstrang, and while she was at school the war between France and Britain broke out. She graduated the top of her class. Roxie has always been prone to throwing temper tantrums and playing childish games, but somehow makes them very cynical and almost scary. She tends to keep her staff and students scared into line. One wrong word and she could throw a fit, and then you’d never see the end of it.
Roxie’s been a bit of a princess her whole life. She expects to get what she wants every single time, no excuses.

Apart from that, Roxie has a massive obsession for her hats. She owns a wide collection of all sorts of hats, and spews over when something happens to even one of them. She lives in extravagance, being herself such an extravagant woman with a tendency to think herself better than most. Roxie is interested in little, but what she does get interested should feel special. She also holds the keys to the caves under the Durmstrang Institute.
