Pyxis is not a typically judgmental Pureblood. She loathes her parents, whom are both dead now, and merely because they never cared for her. They are prim, proper and traditional and so she is not. She refused to believe what they did, and that was how she became a more kind- hearted girl. She attended Hogwart's with her best friend Parker, whom she was suddenly cut off from when he left school. She now holds a grudge against her best friend/ crush, and never wishes to see him again (or so she claims).
